BAGARUWA are seeds of the Acasia nicolita, mimosa or thorn tree. Some call it gum Arabic. Bagaruwa seed, strengthens immune system and rich in fibre.
The seeds are used traditionally for female intimate care, other traditional medicine remedies and leather tanning. The bark releases an edible gum used as medicine and also as glue.
The seeds act as a source of dietary fiber and supports digestive issues.
