Ademoye
Actress and filmmaker Bimbo Ademoye has expressed distress after someone claimed copyright on song from her YouTube film ‘Where Love Lives’, triggering the demonetisation of her content.
The individual was also alleged to have released a song from the film on Spotify and other streaming platforms, claiming to be the composer.
The film, released in December 2025, has garnered over 18 million views as of now. Ademoye expressed her frustration on Instagram, giving the individual an ultimatum to lift the copyright, warning of consequences if he fails to comply.
She wrote: “I woke up to my hard work wanting to be stolen from me. Please if anyone knows who lagos sound /emmanuel Davies is! Tell to lift the copyright from my movie in the next 1 hour. I’m not one to threaten people. Nation
