At the 14th year of AFW Toronto 2025, Adebayo Jones once again reaffirmed his mastery of elegance, drama, and timeless sophistication. A true highlight of the evening was the radiant moment when model Kaji graced the runway in a tailored yellow shift dress paired with a glowing chiffon flowing cape coat.
The dress, sharp in cut and polished in silhouette, was beautifully contrasted with the ethereal movement of the cape coat — each step capturing the light and commanding attention. Yellow, often described as the colour of optimism and empowerment, was elevated here into a regal statement of strength and grace. On Kaji, the look became more than fashion; it was transformation.
Jones showed, with his inimitable touch, how colour and form can breathe life into a garment and, in turn, awaken confidence, beauty, and presence in the wearer. It was fashion as poetry — bold, luminous, and unforgettable.
