What’s the significance of today’s event?
The significance of today’s event is that it has created a very strong long splash pack for our champions that has been recongnised today to continue to achieve even greater heights in their career paths and in the educational sector. We see great examples in the two to 18 Maltina Teachers of the year award winners who went home from the Maltina Teacher of the year award to win the global teacher of the year. They have been shortlisted as one of the top 10 finalists. So that was a great achievement and shows that the significant of this event is a very important launch pack for our Nigerian teachers.
Is it a yearly event?
Yes! It is a yearly event. We started, it in 2015 and now we are in our seventh edition and we are very confident that we would continue to do it many more years ahead.

What is the greatest thing God has done for you?
The Greatest thing God has done for me was giving me a teacher as a father because, he is the one who made me what I am today.
What is your philosophy of life?
My philosophy of life is that everyone deserves to be given an equal opportunity.
What is the greatest lesson life has taught?
The great lesson life has taught me is never judge a book by its cover. Everybody bring something to the table.
