Justice Ambrose Lewis-Allagoa of the Federal High Court, Lagos has fixed November 7, 2025 for the arraignment of three ex- employees of the broadcast outfit facing prosecution for acts against the country’s criminal laws and defrauding their former employer. The court fixed the date on Thursday October 23,2025, following the failure of the defendants: Akakan Victor Mkpong Sam, Blessing Sunday Ekerete and Anthony Babafemi Raji, to appear before it for their arraignment.
