Omeche Oko, the Nollywood actress, has been hospitalised following a motorcycle accident while on a movie set.
In a video shared on her Instagram page, the actress recalled how the incident occurred on Wednesday and shared footage of herself receiving treatment at a hospital.
Oko was riding as a passenger on a motorcycle operated by Victory Michael, her colleague, when the accident happened. The situation took a different turn while navigating a bend. The motorcycle crashed into a stationary barrier pole.
The impact threw Oko to the ground, while Michael also appeared to sustain injuries.
In the video, crew members and colleagues rushed to the scene before the actress was taken to a hospital for medical attention.
At the hospital, the film star could be seen receiving injections and treatment while having a walking aide on. She was also visibly discharged with a wheelchair.
